The past July 11th, it took place the Fourth Congress of the Lawyers of Barcelona in which the lawyer Alba Ródenas Borràs, of AUGUSTA ABOGADOS, participated as speaker and presented the “Tools to protect Patrimony according to Private International Law”, subject matter in which she is an expert.
The main goal of the presentation was to explain, prevent and resolve the conflicts that arise in an international level in matters of heritage/patrimony in relation to marriage economic regime
and succession law, matters that, although sometimes do not seem to, (they) are inseparable.
