He advices in national and multinational companies on legal labour issues, labour relations, negotiations, collective redundancy procedures and labour litigation procedures.
He has an extensive experience in leading labour services and has participated in numerous due diligence, post-merger integration processes, restructuring, individual and collective disputes involving employees (including top manager, workers representatives and others with a specific status), negotiation of Collective Bargaining Agreements, etc.

He started his professional career in 2007 in Baker & McKenzie and continued as Senior Associate in PwC Tax & Legal from 2013, always specialized in employment and labour law issues.
He joined AUGUSTA ABOGADOS in January 2018.
