Such processing, which will be carried out in an oral hearing, will enable those plaintiffs who intend to recover the possession of a property to aim their lawsuit against the unknown occupants of the latter. Furthermore the lawsuit will have to include the title deed to the plaintiff\u0092s right of possession.
