Several relevant and topical issues about real estate were debated throughout the day and from the point of view of both the German and the Spanish law: <strong>the home sharing, the touristic apartments, the acquisitions through companies for occupation by shareholders and practical matters as standard clauses and negotiable clauses<\/strong> were some of the most controversial issues in the Congress and on which attendees were able to exchange views.
