Carlos Valls, partner at Augusta Abogados, dedicated the most important part of his presentation to defining the figure of the \u0093independent expert\u0094 provided for in the current wording of the Draft Bill, and its differentiation from arbitration, from the &#8220;adjudicator&#8221; of English construction contracts, from the third party arbitrator ex art. 1447 of the CC, and from the binding
