href=\"http:\/\/jordim52.sg-host.com\/en\/team\/sara-iglesias-lopez\/\"><strong>Sara Iglesias<\/strong><\/a> in the Conference organized by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icab.cat\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ICAB<\/a> and held on 29-9-2021: Novelties of the Draft Bankruptcy Law Reform: Lights and Shadows.<\/p>\n<p>The main novelties introduced by the Draft Bill for the Reform of the Insolvency Law for the incorporation into Spanish law of the EU Directive 2019\/1023 of June 2019 on restructuring and insolvency were presented.<\/p>\n<p>Such Draft Bill raises many substantial changes to the current Consolidated Text of the Insolvency Law that was approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2020 and entered into force one year ago, last September 1, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, within one year from the entry into force of the Consolidated Text of the Insolvency Law, this Draft Bill is published with significant changes that affect the procedure, the
