Its primary objective is to reduce legal fragmentation and administrative barriers for companies operating in multiple jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key features include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fully digital incorporation,<\/li>\n<li>company registration within 48 hours,<\/li>\n<li>incorporation costs capped at approximately EUR 100,<\/li>\n<li>no minimum share capital requirement,<\/li>\n<li>digital corporate procedures throughout the company\u2019s life cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who can benefit from EU Inc.?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The scope of EU Inc. is deliberately broad. Eligible users include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>European start-ups and scale-ups,<\/li>\n<li>innovative companies,<\/li>\n<li>international corporate groups (including non-EU groups) with activities in the EU,<\/li>\n<li>investors seeking a streamlined European holding or operating structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The company must have both its registered office and central administration or principal place of business within the European Union. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Interaction with national law<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While EU Inc. will be primarily governed by EU law, certain areas \u2014 such as employment law, taxation and insolvency \u2014 will continue to be governed by the national law of the Member State of registration, ensuring continuity with domestic legal systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Timeline and next steps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The proposal is currently under negotiation between the European Parliament and the Council. <strong>The European Commission has
