Clàudia advises national and international clients on M&A transactions, as well as on strategic alliance agreements and joint ventures.

She also participates in corporate matters, commercial contracts and financing transactions.

In particular, she has extensive experience in the automotive and sustainable mobility sector, providing recurrent advice to business groups on commercial and corporate matters related to their ordinary activities.

Clàudia joined the Commercial Law department of Augusta Abogados in June 2019 in the Barcelona office.
