Berta is a lawyer specialized in litigation and arbitration, advising both national and international clients. Her practice encompasses the pre-litigation stage, with the aim of avoiding legal proceedings, as well as judicial procedures before the civil courts.
Furthermore, in order to defend our clients’ interests in national and international commercial arbitrations, she has participated in complex disputes primarily related to sale and purchase agreements.
