Lawyer specialized in Public Law. She has extensive experience in defending and advising clients in all types of administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings. Among others, she has represented and advised information society service providers (marketplaces) in sanctioning proceedings initiated by Public Administrations for alleged violations of different regional regulations, as well as real estate developers and operators in sanctioning and protection and restoration of the legality proceedings, initiated for alleged violations of the licenses and permits granted to them.
She also provides recurring advice to investment funds, real estate developers, hotels and financial institutions in major new construction, rehabilitation or refurbishment projects. This advice includes, among others, the analysis of the works, activity, environmental and sectorial permits, licenses and authorizations that are required for the development of the project, as well as the urban planning and environmental analysis of the plots (contaminated soils, waste management, etc.).
