Mercè Cervera Vidal is a paralegal in the Labour Department, where she is involved in the comprehensive management of legal case files. Her responsibilities include downloading notifications, monitoring deadlines, and handling formal appearances in judicial and administrative proceedings.
She is also responsible for the electronic filing of resolutions and case files, as well as carrying out notarial formalities and submitting documents to Public Authorities.
She works closely with the legal team in the preparation of evidence and is involved in document digitalisation processes, including the implementation of artificial intelligence tools applied to process management.
