31st Annual Conference of the EALA (European Air Law Association)

AUGUSTA ABOGADOS attends the 31st Annual Conference of the “European Air Law Association” which was held on November 8th in Paris. Once again, our firm attends this significant meeting point among professionals and experts of the aviation industry, during which presentations about current matters will be given and opinions among the main players of the aeronautical industry are exchanged.

The present edition dealt with topics such as the implications of Brexit on the industry, questions about safety and privacy, carrier liability and the latest news on competition law issues, with the benefit of having the views of the European authorities on security and environmental matters. AUGUSTA ABOGADOS was represented by three members of our Aviation Law department (Sergi Giménez, Jaime Fernández and Miquel Campos), who thereby reinforce the international links which have traditionally characterised our firm.
