Lawyer specialized in civil and commercial litigation as well as bankruptcy law.
He has advised clients, both businessmen and individuals, national and international, and has directed their defense before the Courts of Justice and Arbitration, especially in litigation relating to the termination and/or interpretation of civil and commercial contracts, bankruptcy proceedings both in the legal defense of the insolvent party, creditor or from the position of insolvency administrator, banking advice, corporate conflicts, directors’ liability, unfair competition, execution of works, etc.
He has recognized experience in providing legal advice to companies in crisis and has participated in several bankruptcy proceedings in Catalonia and in several processes for the purchase of production units of companies in bankruptcy.

- Collaborating professor at ESADE Law School teaching practical classes of Civil I (person) Civil II (obligations and contracts) and Civil III (rights in rem) from the academic year 2006/2007 to the present.
- Collaborating professor at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía in the field of intellectual property (2004/2006).
