She has assumed the legal direction in contentious and non-contentious matters, and has extensive experience in the following areas:
– Contentious advice on labor law, social security and occupational risk prevention.
– Participation in individual conciliations before the Department of Labor.
– Participation in collective mediations and conciliations before regional and state mediation and conciliation bodies.
– Legal assistance in Labor Inspections
– Advice and processing of Employment Regulation Files (ERE and ERTE).
– Preparation of legal reports on labor law and social security matters.
