Labour lawyer specialised in advising companies, both national and international, and in the resolution of judicial and extrajudicial disputes regarding, among others, dismissals, rights and claims for payment, termination of employment, article 50 of the Workers’ Statute, substantial modifications of working conditions, as well as social security procedures and proceedings before the Labour Inspectorate.
