Maria Ashby

Maria Ashby is a lawyer specialising in litigation and arbitration. She holds Spanish and United States nationality and has obtained an LL.M. focused on international litigation and arbitration in the United States.

She develops her practice within the dispute resolution area (litigation and arbitration), advising on administrative, judicial and arbitral proceedings, and acting before administrative, judicial and arbitral bodies. She represents both domestic and international clients in civil and commercial matters, including, among others, corporate and contractual disputes, private international law, transport and real estate matters.

She combines her professional practice with academic activity and is currently an Associate Professor of International Business Law at the University of Barcelona.
