Mónica Díez Valverde
Junior Lawyer
Mónica is a lawyer specialized in restructurings, insolvencies and special situations who joined the firm’s Commercial Law department in February 2018.
Afterwards, she continued her professional career in the Restructuring and Insolvency department, and currently, she advises debtors and creditors in domestic and cross-border restructuring and refinancing transactions, as well as in bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy proceedings. She also participates in civil and commercial matters.
She is specialized in natural persons and in acquisitions of business units during bankruptcy proceedings.

Law Degree from the University of Barcelona (2015).
