Rodolfo Fernández-Cuellas is a lawyer specialized in corporate law, M&A and innovation.
He has developed his career in the international arena, advising numerous multinationals in their implementation in Spain, some of them top worldwide Tech leaders, and in corporate transactions, venture capital & private equity, financing operations of start up’s in the technology sector, videogaming and health-tech, among others.
He also advises and defends the interests of clients in litigious or pre-litigious situations in the corporate and commercial contractual fields.
