Sara has advised national and international clients in acquisitions, sales and financings of various types of real estate assets (residential buildings, hotels, high value properties, recreational spaces) as well as other types of real estate transactions including the leasing sector.
Likewise, Sara has been involved in a wide variety of bankruptcy matters, collaborating in advising on bankruptcy proceedings, corporate liquidations, agreements and productive unit offerings.
