Augusta Abogados attends the Annual Meeting of the “Catalonia Smart Drones”

Miquel Campos, lawyer of the Aviation department at AUGUSTA ABOGADOS, participated last 27 November in the Annual Internal Meeting of the “Catalonia Smart Drones” initiative sponsored by the Government of Catalonia and framed within the SmartCat strategy as an action plan to promote the “Dron” sector in Catalonia.

During his speech, he explained the recent regulatory changes affecting the sector, specifically Regulations 2019/945, and 2019/947 of the European Commission, to the main stakeholders in the industry in Catalonia as well as the features when it comes to fit the new European regulation with current legislation in Spain.
