Our partner Alicia Herrador has participated at the conference “Damages caused by company manager: an expert approach” which took place in Sitges, within the framework of the 28th Auditor Forum, organised by the Catalan Society of Statutory Auditors.
The conference focused on a topical subject, which is manager’s liabilities in the exercise of his position and the role of expert reports to prove those liabilities and the damages caused by them.
