AUGUSTA ABOGADOS has been present at the seminar about liability of the aviation industry which the European Air Law Association organises on a bi-annual basis in Munich.

Four representatives of our firm (Jaime Fernández, David Castaño, Miquel Campos and Sergi Giménez) participate at the seminar about liability of the aviation industry which the European Air Law Association organises on a bi-annual basis in Munich. During this year’s edition, current issues of interest will be analysed, such as the protection of passenger rights, international sanctions against certain countries and individuals, the handling of claims or the recent incidents relating to the Boeing 737 Max 8.
