Augusta Abogados participates in the eighth edition of The Aviation Law Review
Sergi Giménez, partner of Augusta Abogados and aviation specialist, has written the Spanish chapter of the eighth edition of The Aviation Law Review.
This edition is especially interesting for the chapters dedicated to Covid-19 due to the incidence that the pandemic has had in the world of aviation and in the tourism industry. In addition, the Spanish chapter has dealt with the following topics, among others: passenger rights, licensing and registration of aircraft, and drone regulation.
