THE NEW COMPANY CREATION AND GROWTH ACT 18/2022 of 28 September 2002
The aim of LAW 18/2022, of 28 September, ON THE CREATION AND CREATION OF COMPANIES is to create a legal framework to promote the creation of companies and, in particular, those that pursue goals with a positive social and environmental impact. Published in the BOE on 29 September, it comes into force on 19 October 2022.
