TWO: KEY ASPECTS OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

For what purposes do we process your data?

Augusta Abogados collects and processes your personal data provided through the Website’s communication channels, e-mails and calls received, in order to attend and manage the requests and queries submitted. The aim is to provide you with the right services with the highest possible quality and efficiency. How long will we keep your data?

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

AUGUSTA ABOGADOS is entitled to process your personal data on the basis of the consent expressed by the interested party, requested for the specific case. With regards to managing the contracting of services, invoicing and other administrative actions, the legal basis arises from the execution of the agreement or assignment signed by both parties. The processing of data for the purpose of sending e-mails about services, information alerts, events and news related to our professional activity, is based on the legitimate interest of AUGUSTA ABOGADOS to carry out such processing according to the applicable regulations and with the consent expressed by the interested party, requested for the specific case. Likewise, our legal basis related to the processing of personal data for sending or forwarding CVs and other registrations or sending information in the interest of professional offers that are presented is the consent of the interested parties at the time they provide their data to us, being able to withdraw such consent in any circumstance, if deemed appropriate by the candidate (however, this would mean that their candidature cannot be taken into account in the selection processes of this firm). All of the foregoing is notwithstanding the fact that the withdrawal of such consent may affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously.
