International Law Office published last November 18th the article “Update on abusive clauses in Passenger contracts” in which Sergi Giménez, partner of Augusta Abogados, analyses certain issues discussed by the Courts in respect of certain allegedly abusive clauses in passenger contracts with airlines, such as decisions concerning baggage restrictions or the collection of the administrative fee for no-shows.
