At Augusta Abogados we offer the following mechanisms for reporting potential irregularities:

• Written communication by email or postal mail: You may send the information either via email to canaletico@augustaabogados.com, or by postal mail addressed to “Canal Ético Augusta Abogados, Vía Augusta 252, 08017 Barcelona, Spain”.
• Written communication through our web communication form: You can contact us through our Communication Form, which includes the most important data to consider when submitting a report. Its use is not mandatory, but it allows us to analyze the received information more efficiently.
• Verbal communication: If preferred, you may hold an in-person, online, or telephone meeting with the person responsible for the Augusta Abogados Ethical hotline. To do so, please submit the corresponding request in writing through any of the indicated means or by calling (+34) 93 3621620. The meeting will be held within seven days of receiving the request. Depending on the circumstances of each case, other members of the firm may be present at the meeting requested by the whistleblower.

To facilitate the processing of received communications, we suggest that whistleblowers identify themselves. However, we also accept anonymous communications.
