Augusta Abogados, as well as its partners, have acknowledged experience in providing legal advice to companies in crisis and have taken part in several of the main bankruptcy proceedings in Spain over the last few years, providing advice to either the debtor or the creditors affected, even acting as bankruptcy administration appointed by the Commercial Courts.
The experience acquired over the years of providing advice to companies in a difficult economic situation has meant we have needed to be in direct contact with financial institutions, public bodies, bankruptcy administrators, Commercial Courts and other legal agents. All this means we can adopt legal solutions in advance in cases of imminent or current insolvency situations and provide each company with the most appropriate channel for reorganising its liabilities by means of pre-bankruptcy mechanisms or by processing bankruptcy proceedings.
