Our services rendered by the Labour Department are aimed at providing integral advice to companies on legal-labour and social security aspects and issues both in their normal activities and special operations and transactions that they could be involved in.
Whenever necessary, we also provide advice for reorganisation processes that are clients require, contributing our experience both in collective bargaining processes with social agents and bankruptcy proceedings filed at a judicial level.

- Drawing up senior management and middle manager contracts;
- Drawing up and/or reviewing incentive plans, variable remuneration, stock-options and/or long-term incentive plans, commitments for pensions and flexible remuneration plans;
- Processing and negotiating individual objective dismissals and Redundancy Plans and general advice in reorganisation processes;
- Temporary employment suspension plans;
- Disciplinary dismissals and other sanctions;
- Assistance in proceedings related to significant change in working conditions due to geographic relocation;
- Assistance and legal defence for the client in judicial and administrative claims in the social and labour contentious-administrative jurisdictions;
- Assistance and defence of the client in all kind of actions carried out by the Work Inspection Department;
- Drawing up and negotiating collective bargaining agreements, company agreements and internal policy regulations (“Codes of Conduct”);
- Integral advice (i.e. labour, immigration, tax and social security) in expatriation processes (“Expatriates Desk”);
- General advice on obligations and responsibilities related to Occupational Hazard Prevention and assistance in serious or very serious occupational accident processes;
- Advice on contributions, allowances and recruitment incentives, classification of partners and directors; and
- Advice on drawing up, negotiating and implementing Equality Plans.
