Els nostres serveis al departament Laboral estan orientats a l’assessorament integral a l’empresa en les qüestions i aspectes juridico-laborals i de Seguretat Social que sorgeixen tant en la seva activitat habitual com en les operacions especials en què es veuen involucrades.
Quan cal, assessorem en els processos de reestructuració que necessiten els nostres clients, aportant la nostra experiència tant en processos de negociació col·lectiva amb els agents socials i amb l’administració laboral, com en processos concursals seguits a la instància judicial.
Tenim una àmplia experiència en els àmbits següents:
- Redacció de contractes d’alta direcció i directius de rang mitjà;
- Elaboració i revisió de plans d’incentius, retribucions variables, plans “stock-options” o “long-term incentives”, compromisos per pensions i plans de compensació flexible;
- Tramitació i negociació d’acomiadaments individuals objectius i expedients de regulació d’ocupació i assessorament general en processos de reestructuració;
- Expedients de suspensió temporal d’ocupació;
- Acomiadaments disciplinaris i altres sancions;
- Assistència en procediments de modificació substancial de condicions de treball per mobilitat geogràfica;
- Assistència i defensa legal del client davant de reclamacions judicials i administratives en l’ordre social i contenciós administratiu laboral;
- Assistència i defensa del client en tota mena d’actuacions davant de la Inspecció de Treball;
- Elaboració i negociació de convenis col·lectius, acords d’empresa i reglaments de política interna (codis de conducta);
- Assessorament integral (laboral, estrangeria, fiscal i Seguretat Social) en processos d’expatriació (Expatriates Desk);
- Assessorament general sobre obligacions i responsabilitats en matèria de prevenció de riscos laborals i assistència en processos d’accidents de treball greus o molt greus;
- Assessorament en matèria de cotitzacions, bonificacions i incentius a la contractació, enquadrament de socis i administradors;
- Assessorament en l’elaboració, la negociació i la implantació de plans d’igualtat.
