Paralegal specialising in litigation, with extensive experience handling large-scale claims in the air transport sector. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with legal teams in the comprehensive management of both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, coordinating high volumes of case files with a focus on efficiency, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.

She holds certified training in quality, environmental, and information security management systems. She has obtained IRCA certification as a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 and is also qualified as an internal auditor in ISO 14001 and ISO 27001. In addition, she has completed the Expert Implementer course for the National Security Framework (ENS), enabling her to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the strengthening of compliance in highly regulated legal environments.
