Objective dismissal for absenteeism has been repealed

In the Official Gazette (“BOE”) of February 19, 2020, it has been published Royal Decree-Law 4/2020 of 18 February, repealing the objective dismissal for absences to work established in Section 52 d) of the Workers Statute Act.
