New Ruling that declares null a dismissal produced during the state of alarm
A Ruling of the Labour Court number 29 of Barcelona, interpreting article 2 of RDL 9/2020, has concluded that a dismissal that contravenes the “prohibition of dismissal” makes the dismissal null and void and not unfair.
