Remote working regulation and other interesting news
Law 10/2021 on remote work, in essence, validates Royal Decree-Law 28/2020, although it incorporates some minor modifications in its articles. In addition, the aforementioned regulation contains the announced increase in the amounts of penalties for infractions in the social order.
