Ruling that declares unfair (and not null) a dismissal produced during the state of alarm
A Ruling of the Labour Court number 26 of Barcelona, interpreting article 2 of RDL 9/2020, has concluded that a dismissal that contravenes the misnamed “prohibition of dismissal” does not make the dismissal null and void, but simply makes it unfair.
