With the beginning of the year, companies must review or undertake multiple obligations in the labour field. Some of these, such as adapting to the new temporary hiring modalities contained in the labour reform or the adoption of equality plans in companies with more than 50 employees, were already addressed in 2022.
Likewise, 2023 will not be a year in which companies can tiptoe around the new requirements in labour relations.
