Description of Practice

• He advices in Business and commercial matters to Spanish and international companies. Drafting and negotiation of documents and corporate agreements (joint venture, shareholders’ agreements, participating loans, put/call options, asset transfers, share transfers, etc.).
• Advice in relation to the financing of transactions and the negotiation of agreements. Assistance in cross-border corporate acquisitions and restructurings.
